Do I need to register or sign up?

No. No forms, no membership, no account. Just come to the Hauptmarkt on Sunday at 10:00 AM and look for the CRU logos.

Is there a fee or a contract?

Zero. Free forever. We are not a club you join, we are a crew you run with. No contracts, no monthly fees, no strings attached.

What if I'm too slow? What if I'm too fast?

We run in three pace groups (5:30, 6:15, 7:00 min/km) so everyone finds their vibe. The 7:00 group is slow enough to have a proper conversation — nobody gets left behind. If 6:15 is too chill for you, the urban pace group is there for you.

What if I can only come once?

Perfect. Come once, come every week, come when the sun's out. Visiting Nuremberg for a weekend? Even better. There is no attendance list.

Is there a bag drop?

No official bag drop. Most of us run light – keys, phone, card. If you bring more, we recommend leaving it locked at home or in your car. The cafés afterwards are happy to keep an eye on a small bag while you grab coffee, but at your own risk.

What if it rains?

We still run. Rain, snow, or Franconian gloom — the run happens. The only exception is lightning or dangerous weather. If in doubt, check our WhatsApp or Instagram for updates.
